For Non-Members

Companies and individuals who are not members of the Open Mobile Alliance may disclose IPR as they become aware that the Essential IPR is related to the prepared or published Specification.

The procedure for disclosure of Essential IPR™s is as follows:

If a company or individual discloses Essential IPR, they shall, or a competent person from its organisation shall, fill out the Non-Member IPR Licensing Declaration forth in Appendix E.

No representations or warranties (whether express or implied) are made by the Open Mobile Alliance regarding any of the intellectual property rights represented on this Web site, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, validity, applicability or relevance of the information or whether or not such rights are essential or non-essential.
